Business Development Manager
Northridge Business Development Managers report to the Chief Business Development Officer at Northridge. The Business Development Managers will work very closely with Northridge’s regional consulting leadership and service practice lines, and will focus on developing and driving new Northridge business opportunities while also working closely with Microsoft field sales and partner management in the region where appropriate.
Senior Software Engineer
A Northridge Senior Software Engineer has at least 6 years of full-lifecycle software engineering experience on the Microsoft platform. These individuals must be at an expert level with Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, Windows application development, and web development.
Software Architect
A Northridge Software Architect is an individual that has at least 10 years of full-lifecycle software engineering and team leadership experience. Software architects are also responsible for coaching and training junior-level programmers instilling best practices to aid in developmental growth within Northridge.
Senior Project Manager
A Northridge Senior Project Manager provides leadership throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from the initiation and planning phases through production support, including forecasting, setting objectives, and determining courses of action. The individual works with our sales team to identify strategic client projects, estimate project time and costs, and develop high-level scope descriptions for proposals.
