Northridge Interactive, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in Atlanta, is proud to announce the launch of The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta’s new website at www.cfgreateratlanta.org.
The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta turned to Northridge to design and develop an effective, inviting web presence and communications platform for the organization. The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta had recently updated its logo and marketing materials and the new website was developed to reflect the new brand for the organization. Functionally, the site was developed leveraging the Microsoft .NET platform so that Community Foundation staff could easily add announcements, update and communicate the organization’s broad regional program activities, and manage the postings and applications for grant opportunities.
Northridge facilitated end-to-end web design and development services for The Community Foundation team. The new website engages visitors with a soothing color palette complimenting the new branding elements, effective vignettes of organization successes showcased through interactive Flash messaging, and intuitive information architecture to guide visitors to areas of interest amongst the organization’s broad base of programs.
Integrated within the new website, Northridge created a special presentation focused on The Community Foundation’s core Philanthropic Framework. The Philanthropic Framework provides constituents with an in-depth break-down of The Community Foundation’s Intent, Vision & Mission, Principles, Goals and Successes. Northridge designed The Philanthropic Framework to reflect the design elements found in the new website to deliver cohesive branding and messaging.
The site was engineered to leverage Northridge’s search engine marketing best practices to enable optimal ongoing placement among search engine results. The new website was deployed on the Northridge Content Management Framework, allowing for non-technical personnel to easily add, modify and update the site content. The website also features an integrated donation engine allowing visitors to contribute to the charitable organization directly.
Northridge is hosting the web site in its secure managed data center utilizing virtual servers and providing load balancing and redundancy. The Community Foundation and Northridge are also engaged in an ongoing relationship with online marketing, search engine and website analytics services for the organization.
