Northridge Launches IN Compass Health Web Solution

Atlanta, GA -- Northridge proudly announces the launch of the new website for industry leading IN Compass Health at www.incompasshealth.com.

IN Compass Health, pioneers and leaders in the hospitalist industry, teamed with Northridge to build and launch a renewed IN Compass Health brand and website. IN Compass Health ‘s new website provides improved messaging and services to physicians, showcasing available career opportunities, and to prospective clients, detailing program benefits and additional services offered. The new IN Compass Health website also provides robust content management functionality, allowing internal marketing personnel to update website content without the need to involve outside resources or IT staff. The new IN Compass Health website now serves as a credible career opportunity resource for physicians, driving doctors seeking local employment opportunities to the IN Compass Health site.

Northridge designed and developed the new IN Compass Health website leveraging the LIQUID Digital Marketing Platform (LIQUID). The LIQUID Platform, which is built on the Microsoft .NET framework, provides IN Compass Health with custom branding and front-end visual appeal, layered over a robust content management and digital marketing platform. IN Compass Health marketing and other non-technical personnel have the ability to add, modify, and update content and image areas of the website including Customer Testimonials, News , Job Postings (including RSS feed registration), Leadership and Management Teams. These content management activities are passed through the LIQUID publishing workflow for added security and approvals.

Driving visitors to the new IN Compass Health website, the Northridge Search Marketing team implemented search engine optimization (SEO) best practices throughout the site, specifically leveraging strategic localization SEO tactics at the individual job listing page level to capture physicians seeking local hospitalist opportunities. To understand visitor activity on the new website, IN Compass Health utilizes the LIQUID Platform web analytics including hits, unique views, organization and geo-location information, duration of visit, and trend analysis across key metrics.

Northridge and IN Compass Health continue to partner on the overall IN Compass Health branding campaign. The color palette and branding elements used in the design of the IN Compass Health website are being leveraged to create cohesive marketing collateral, tradeshow display, and print advertisements.
