Northridge Interactive Expands Team Naming Michael Carey Vice President of Digital Strategy

Northridge Interactive recently announced the appointment of Michael Carey as Vice President of Digital Strategy. A digital media pioneer, Carey will play a key role in Northridge Interactive’s ongoing growth, including the development and management of strategic client partnerships.
Carey is an accomplished and innovative strategic marketing, business development, and communications executive with a successful track record of developing and managing major websites, partnerships, and integrated branding and marketing programs. He has been integral in the creation, management, and marketing of numerous interactive products and services for several premier brands such as Weather.com and The Travel Channel.

Prior to joining the Northridge team, Carey was Vice President of Integrated Marketing for HowStuffWorks.com, where he led all marketing initiatives. He has served as VP of Marketing & Business Development for Pathfire, a leading supplier of digital content distribution and led new media groups for The Weather Channel and The Travel Channel.
Carey is also very active in the interactive community, having served as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Association for Interactive Media (a subsidiary of the Direct Marketing Association) and is a frequent guest speaker at industry events, including Digital Hollywood, Forrester Research Forums, Information Industry Association and others.
