Northridge Develops New Web Site Family for Adventure Sports Provider
Custom Solution Allows Thrill Planet to Add and Manage Adventure SitesAtlanta, GA -
August 11, 2006
Atlanta-based Northridge Interactive recently designed a new series of websites as part of a comprehensive web-based solution for Thrill Planet (http://www.thrillplanet.com).
Thrill Planet, the nation’s leading provider of extreme sports adventures, required a site framework that not only delivered a high-energy platform that appealed to a young and active client base, but that also provided a standard creative model to adapt as new adventure sites are added to the family. It was crucial that each of the series of sites focus on a specific adventure sports market and offer a distinct visual experience, reinforced by custom illustrated icons. The icon-driven navigation bar allows users to easily jump to the adventure experience that is most compelling and to track their most recent visits.
Thrill Planet Director of Operations John-Andrew Dueñas said,” We are genuinely thrilled with our new website. Though we initially looked at several website development companies for this project, we decided to go with Northridge because of their impressive track record.” Dueñas added, “It was indeed a pleasure working with Northridge; they understood all the complexities and executed our vision with exceptional results.”
“We are excited to present Thrill Planet with a unique series of custom sites and a framework upon which they can scale their business. With the creative geared to the high energy adventure sport audience and the functionality developed with the ease of managing and adding to the series, Thrill Planet continues to grow its suite of adventure sports and reach more adventure sport enthusiasts,” stated Rob Patten, President & CEO of Northridge Systems.
