Atlanta, GA - May 5, 2008

Northridge Interactive, the interactive design and marketing division of Northridge Systems, is proud to announce the launch of the new website for hardwood manufacturing industry leader Inter-State Hardwoods at www.inter-statehardwoods.com.  With nearly 70 years in the business, Inter-State Hardwoods is renowned for its innovative hardwood production using state-of-the-art technology.  The new Inter-State website reinforces this message, featuring cutting-edge web design technology that further differentiates Inter-State from its competitors.

Inter-State Hardwoods, with more than 200 employees and annual revenue in excess of $20 million, turned to Northridge seeking a renewed web presence to further differentiate themselves from smaller industry competitors and to increase brand awareness, highlighting geographic and product uniqueness and establishing credibility with the hardwood product distributors they target.  Northridge developed the new Inter-State website leveraging user interface best practices including easily navigable information architecture, providing users immediate access to the extensive repertoire of wood species offered and details of industry longevity.  The site also features a lush color palette, embedded video and Northridge’s award-winning Adobe Flash messaging.

“Our new site looks wonderful, and we appreciate Northridge’s direction in renewing our web presence,” said Rob Walthour, District Sales Manager at Inter-State Hardwoods.  “It was a pleasure doing business with the Northridge team.  Inter-State Hardwoods will confidently promote Northridge’s services in any future endeavors, as well as share your information with our contacts seeking any of the services Northridge offers.”

“It was a pleasure to work with a company that knows their value and is willing to invest in new facilities to surpass their competition,” said Sean Madden, Project Manager Director at Northridge.  “Not your average lumber company, Inter-State was looking to highlight their niche: color and quality consistency with the wood they distribute.  Through the use of Flash design and embedded video, Northridge assisted Inter-State Hardwoods in conveying clear and concise messages to prospective distributors.”
