Stephen Love is the Group President of the Northridge Interactive and also works with key accounts as Client Practice Director. In the capacity of NRi Group President, Mr. Love is responsible for the strategic direction of NRi working with our Northridge executive team. As Client Practice Director, Stephen partners with clients to ensure business goals are being met by the solutions developed by the NRi team across all service areas. Key accounts include Time Warner Cable, AGL Resources, Holder Construction, JAS Forwarding, Emory University, and Lowe’s Racing.

Previously, Stephen was President & CEO of Vervos, Inc. (acquired in 2005 by Northridge). While at Vervos, Stephen worked with many leading companies and non-profit organizations including HBO, EMC, the Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Resource Center, Time Warner Cable, and Verizon.
Prior to founding Vervos, Stephen served as Executive Creative Director of the Commerce One Design Center (previously AppNet and NMP, Inc.). In his six years with the company, he built and managed a team of 40 brand consultants, designers, copywriters, and interface engineers. Stephen was responsible for representing the Design Center in sales engagements as well as ensuring the successful delivery of projects. He also served as Interactive Marketing Consultant and Creative Lead on several key client engagements, including Cablevision, Discovery Communications, BellSouth, Worldcom, BET, Wall Street Journal, and World Wildlife Fund.
Stephen annually serves as a judge of the Web Marketing Association’s WebAwards. He also has presented at various conferences on topics such as usability, design & branding, and online fundraising. Stephen was also contributing author to Fundraising on the Internet, the ePhilanthropy Foundation’s Guide to Success Online.

Mr. Zela is continually involved with researching emerging technologies in order to forge the technical direction of the company. Jeremey oversees all technology-related endeavors of the business including practice line development, best practices, thought leadership, software engineering, and systems design and architecture.

Dan has done work in domains such as insurance, accounting, retail, power generation, military recruiting, water purification, manufacturing, convention planning, and trucking. Dan was also fortunate enough to enjoy a wild ride at one of the early dot-com’s, which actually survived and ultimately thrived based on the SaaS software application designed and built by Dan and his team.

Prior to that, there was a day where Sean enjoyed roles from creative designer to user interface developer. With client experience ranging from MTV, Cartoon Network, and RHIP Toyz to Habitat for Humanity and North Point Community Church, Sean brings a wide range of expertise to the table when consulting with clients.
Originally hailing from the Baltimore and D.C. area, Sean holds a bachelor’s degree from McDaniel College in English Literature and a bachelor’s from Shepherd College in Graphic Design. He enjoys time away from work with his family, as well as the arts and athletics.
